ZINQAP Annual Scientific Conference

RE: CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

After the resounding success of the 2010 edition of the ZINQAP ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE (ZASCO), ZINQAP is pleased to announce that the next edition of this Conference will be held in Harare at Crowne Plaza Hotel.

ZASCO 2011  will be held in May 2011  and the delegates will include LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL participants  from medical and veterinary laboratories, health professionals, local and international standards organizations, suppliers of laboratory equipment and consumables, ZINQAP partners such as CDC, WHO, Ministry of Health Child Welfare,  National Blood Services Zimbabwe (NBSZ), the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ), Health Professions Authority (HPA), the Medical Laboratory & Clinical Scientists Council (MLCSCZ) Universities and Accreditation bodies.

ALSO PRESENT AT THE ZASCO 2011 CONFERENCE WILL BE EDITORS AND REVIEWERS FROM INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS WHO WILL BE GIVING PRESENTATIONS ON WHAT THEY EXPECT FROM RESEARCHERS.

 

The objectives of this conference are:

Ø  To share experiences on quality systems.

Ø  To encourage communication among health professionals for synergies.

Ø  To develop a culture of continuous improvement in the laboratory.

Ø  To provide opportunities for partnership and collaboration nationally and internationally.

 

The theme for ZASCO 2011 is “QUALITY OF CARE THROUGH LABORATORY MEDICINE”

On behalf of the Zimbabwe National Quality Assurance Programme (ZINQAP) Trust and the ZASCO organizing committee, we  would like to invite you to this conference which is scheduled for the 17th and 18th to  May 2011 at  the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
